What to put in your email

• Your store URL (for example, yourstore.myshopify.com).
• What you expected and what happened.
• The page or date range, and a screenshot if you can.
• For ad issues, the platform (Google, Meta or Snapchat).

How to uninstall

In Shopify Admin go to Settings, then Apps, find Bearing and click Uninstall. Billing stops when you uninstall.

How to delete your data

Uninstall Bearing. Shopify sends us a deletion request about 48 hours later and we delete your store data. To delete data sooner, or to ask for a copy, email privacy@trybearing.app. We reply within 30 days.
