These terms are between you (the merchant) and WEBPRISM. By installing or using Bearing, you agree to them.
Bearing is a whole-business profit dashboard for Shopify brands. It combines orders, products, costs, expenses and ad spend to show true net profit, plus campaign reports and forecasts.
Give correct account details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys.
All plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill. Plans renew every 30 days until you cancel. There is no free trial. Usage-based charges, if your plan has them, are shown before you approve the plan in Shopify. Fees are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change. You can change or cancel your plan in Bearing. Uninstalling the app ends billing.
You own your data and your store's data. You give us permission to use it only to run Bearing for you. Our Privacy Policy (trybearing.app/privacy) explains how we handle it.
Bearing connects to Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat and Klaviyo. Their own terms apply. We are not responsible when those services change, fail or lose data.
You can create API keys so AI assistants can read your Bearing data. You choose which assistants get a key and you are responsible for their use of your data. Revoke a key at any time in Settings.
Do not break the law or other people's rights with Bearing; try to get into other accounts or our systems; reverse engineer the app or get around limits or security; resell Bearing without written permission.
Bearing shows estimates based on the data it has. Results depend on correct costs and connected accounts. Bearing is not financial, tax or investment advice.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling, and we stop syncing. When Shopify sends the shop redact request (48 hours after uninstall), we delete the store's orders, campaigns, expenses and related data. Organization-level ad account connections, ad spend history and product snapshots stay until you ask us to delete them at support@trybearing.app. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must for legal or security reasons.
Bearing is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.
We may update these terms and will tell you about big changes by email or in the app. If you keep using Bearing, you accept the new terms.
